If you read the previous post you will see that the cherokee has had a hard summer. Right now I am not sure it is going to pull through. The insurance company for Laidlaw (the company that owns the 15 pass van that rear ended me) is really slow. They are going to try to get an adjuster out there on Monday. In the mean time I have convinced them I needed a loaner car. I have a 2007 Mustang to drive for a few days. It is fun, but I doubt it is worth $25K.
Today I took the insurance $$ from the previous wreck, and bought a 1980 Jeep CJ7
It is not perfect (it is 25+years old what did you expect?) but it does have some potential. It also will be fun to drive. I plan on using this jeep to get some experience with car repairs. I also plan on using it for fun and going to work for now. I have not brought it home yet due to an issue of finding a bank I could cash a check at. I will post more and have more pictures once it is home.

Your new jeep looks pretty cool. It reminds me of an old Jeep Wrangler! I bet you wish you had to drive offroad through the woods to get to work.
